Let’s add few things to what has been said above about lifestyle factors that will have impact on your skin health.
7. Caffeine ☕️ Like alcohol, caffeine can be dehydrating and as a result poor lymph circulation as well as dry skin. Morning coffee is a great way to start your day. Later during the day stick to water and herbal teas.
8. Water 💦 Staying hydrated has been discussed earlier. There will be more posts about it as it is really important. For now please refer to the photo with a bottle 👇
9. Sunbathing ☀️ Did you know, that UV radiation breaks down collagen, which can make the skin appear saggy. Skin ageing because of the sun is not a myth😳. You have to protect your skin from harmful radiation if not for looking younger but for staying healthy and living a longer life. FYI only people who did hard labour used to have tan before 20th century (a clear indication you have to work outside for living), it was not considered to look good, so ladies will carry umbrellas🌂 to cover themselves and always wear hats👒. 10. Hobbies 🧶🧳can influence all of the above, so it’s as important to overall health. Active hobbies means better health, with sedentary hobbies always keep your posture 💃 and try and take a 5 min “move your body” break to keep that blood pumping.
Stay young and beautiful 🦋
